It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality dental treatment that fits your budget!

Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Payment is expected at the time treatment is rendered, unless special arrangements have been made prior to your appointment.

Pediatric Dental Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. We will submit all insurance claims for you for your convenience. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within five weeks.

To help us with your dental insurance claims we ask that you provide us with current insurance information at each visit. To help provide this information, you can download the insurance information form below and bring it to your next appointment.
